Welcome to Gifted Grownups. By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms apply together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Disclaimer.

1. About Gifted Grownups

Gifted Grownups is an independent educational platform for late-identified gifted adults in India and the Indian diaspora. The site is founded by Kunwer Sachdev, with Dr. Inderbir Kaur Sandhu as Co-Founder & Gifted Education Specialist. Contact: support@giftedgrownups.com.

Gifted Grownups is the adult companion to GiftedKids.in, which serves parents and educators of gifted children. The two sites are related but operate as separate platforms.

2. Informational use only

All content on Gifted Grownups — essays, the self-recognition assessment, frameworks, and community updates — is provided for general information and education. It is not professional medical, psychological, legal, or career advice. See our Disclaimer for full details, including the limits of our observational assessment tool.

3. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on Gifted Grownups — including text, graphics, logos, images, and site design — is owned by or licensed to Gifted Grownups and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may:

• Read and share links to our pages for personal, non-commercial use.
• Quote brief excerpts with clear attribution and a link back to the original page.

You may not:

• Copy, republish, or redistribute substantial portions of our content without written permission.
• Use our content for commercial training, publications, or products without consent.

When you sign up for community updates via our email forms, you agree to provide accurate contact information, to tick the Privacy Policy consent checkbox, and to receive communications you have opted into. You may unsubscribe or stop messaging us at any time. Our use of your data is governed by the Privacy Policy.

• Gifted Grownups and its founders, contributors, and affiliates provide the site and content "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of Gifted Grownups shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

10. Dispute resolution

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at support@giftedgrownups.com to describe your concern. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve disputes amicably within 30 days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to mediation or pursued through the courts as set out above.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
