मैं Delhi के Punjabi Bagh में government-school का student था। 12th में 49% आए — medical college seat qualify करने जितने, लेकिन जो seat चाहता था उतने नहीं, इसलिए साल दोहराया। किसी teacher ने कभी मेरी ओर देखकर नहीं कहा: ये लड़का differently सोचता है।

सब reorganise हो गया। Classrooms में boredom laziness नहीं थी — mind आगे दौड़ रही थी और जाने की जगह नहीं थी। Business में restlessness instability नहीं थी — challenge की ज़रूरत थी जिसे कोई finished project लंबे समय तक संतुष्ट नहीं रख सकता। वो intensity जिसकी socially और personally कीमत चुकाई, वही intensity है जिसे SENG और Davidson Institute उन gifted adults में describe करते हैं जिनके साथ वे रोज़ काम करते हैं।
